We offer custom 3D-printed letters, signs, logos, icons and wayfinding solutions for indoor and outdoor use.All product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur due to the 3D printing process.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
By placing an order, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Finland.
We aim to process orders within 1–12 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at: type3d.support@gmail.com
The product must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
8. Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
